If I could I would have given this hotel 3.5 stars. Overall, it's acceptable for the price you pay but I won't call it a hotel Pros: + Very clean room, especially the sheets and beds. For the cleaning part they did a great job. +Breakfast was good. They even had alternative milk! Nothing fancy but good options for breakfast and everything was fresh +Receptions and staff are very friendly Cons: _Compared to photos when you get to the hotel you will be very disappointed. The place is smaller and way older. _Don't count on in as a hotel, no slippers no toothpaste and for toothbrush you have to pay! And there is one liquid soap in the bathroom for hands, hair and body!! No shampoo or conditioner. It's only the magic soap that based on the bottle you can use it for everything! _there is no refrigerator in room. Giant negative point. _the rooms are super small, I think they are all the same size and some how they manage to put 4 beds in a single or double bedroom. No chair or table. And the beds were not comfortable.

Helpful and friendly staff in reception and breakfast. Cleaners are doing great job as well. Location great, nice restaurants nearby and good access to public transport. I would love to recommend this hotel to my friends and other people too :)

There are few good points and a lot of bad points about this hotel! Breakfast was fabulous and various day by day. Staff also were friendly and the location is very good. But let's review negative points: There is no any referige/ mini bar or electric kettle in the room. The TV is sat nearly on the ceiling! You need to care your neck in this matter :)). WiFi has very poor connection! There is just one shampoo/liquid soup in the bathroom and with very low quality. You have to use it for all purpose as you need! Dishes/glasses/spoons... at breakfast room seem to just past through water a second! The interior design of room was very simple. All in all, it doesn't seem to be a 4 star hotel. While there are lots of 3 star hotels in Prague without those negative points and of course cheaper prices!

Loved staying here. 25 min walk to the old town, they’re very clear about where to park, room was clean and tidy and the included breakfast was amazing!! Absolutely no complaints.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
