My wife and I stayed for 3 nights the week before Christmas. Very stylish and modern hotel. The room was compact, but nicely decorated and perfect for a few days. The heater in the room was turned up very high and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Very good location - walkable to most of the main attractions in Berlin, including some nice Christmas markets, and also has the U Bahn just outside if you need to go further afield. Breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly. Would recommend for a couple exploring Berlin for a few days.

Stayed here in October. Room was a perfect size for a couple staying for a week. Room service was good, only issue was that during room service our cups are glasses weren't replaced with clean ones. However, we just popped down to reception and they sorted this for us. Very stylish and the staff were lovely. Perfect central location and a good price!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The temperature was perfect for winter time. The staff was attentive and accomodating. It's perfectly located with plenty of mobility and eating options just a few steps from the hotel. The hotel breakfast/brunch was great too!

This is an interesting one. I was wondering why the overall rating of this hotel was so low, and looks like it’s because of the noise from the restaurant in the inner yard. I stayed here 3 or 4 times, initially booking it because of its proximity to brunch restaurants and good connection to the airport. It’s also walkable distance from pretty much everything in central Berlin. I always got a room overlooking the street and never heard any noise. But I also go to bed later than the restaurants close, so it wouldn’t really be an issue for me. I’ve tried a couple of other hotels in Berlin, including the bigger brands, and came back to this one. It’s just clean and convenient, with a modern bathroom, and cheaper than other options in this area. It would be nice if it had a fridge and a kettle, but to be fair not many hotels in Berlin have that. Same goes for bigger blankets. All in all, a great simple option.

A great stay overall but the attempted switch at “modern” rooms has been executed quite poorly. Everything is done with a smart tablet & TV, neither of which worked properly. I was very kindly given a “classic” remote for the TV which solved the first problem but then discovered the TV itself didn’t work properly - it wasn’t connected to any channels and screen mirroring (to a phone or tablet) was completely out of the question. A good concept in theory but mostly just resulted in frustration. Despite putting the do not disturb sign on my door I still came home to having had housekeeping in my room. New towels are always nice but not when I asked for the opposite ;) Breakfast was absolutely excellent with ample choice and a cosy setting. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
