We had a lovely state at Hotel ANDRA. The standout feature is the lovely staff who immediately made us feel at home and relaxed. I can't recommend this hotel more highly. I would give the 5 stars if the rooms had A/C but don't let that stop you staying here.

I stayed Hotel Andra room 50 for one day. Friendly receptionist, gorgeous breakfast, very clean bedroom and shower room. Location is very good. It takes about 15-30 minutes to Munich central station and main sightseeing spots by foot.

Came to Munich for Oktoberfest and loved this hotel! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and the location couldn't be beat - central to great restaurants and close to the fair grounds and train stations...all staff were very kind and attentive, and Tobias was so helpful for two silly Americans who can get lost in their own homes. He gave us great suggestions and maps for getting around the city. PS - Tobias, you're the bomb haha! We found our way to the CORRECT train station and made it home to Boston safe :)

Great location for the Oktoberfest, area with lots of doner and hair salons. Rooms are good sized but could use some updates. Can be loud with street noise and warm with no a/c unless you open the window

This place is incredible! I’ve stayed twice for a total of ten days and I’m blown away by the comfort of our stay and the kindness of the staff. The owner is a lovely, warm and welcoming human. The breakfast offered is a stunning German spread that keeps us filled for a full day of exploring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
