Very cool, sort of boutique hotel. Very exceptional front desk check in service. Belt was very efficient and friendly. The rooms are amazing. Beds are comfy, in room fridge is cold and the TV is large with lots of channels. The bathroom sink area is separate from the tub and toilet. Free toothbrush and toothpaste as well as lotion, shampoo and body wash in the shower. The bathtub and shower isn't on oar with the rest of the room but it's serviceable.

I really wanted to love this place... but I didn't. The restaurant is nice, with great views, but the sun blinds you at certain times of the day, and they don't have any shades. It would be busier if the layout of the driveway and parking was easier. If you go, do brunch. It was delicious (just don't sit near the window). The bed didn't have a box spring and was VERY worn out. I spent 10 nights there, and by night 4, my back was so sore. My last night, I slept at the head of the bed to try and get some rest. The door handle in the bathroom came off, and the design of the toilet paper holder caused me to hit my arm and elbow about 38 times The service was exceptional, though. A very savvy older server for brunch kindly walked me to my elector after 1 1/2 too many mimosas. If you decide to book a room, be prepared to sign a document that says you can't bring outside liquor on premises... what?!?!?

nice staff, service, clean room, reasonable price (40 extra for valet parking) adding that is still cheaper than other hotels. But close to highway, a lot of noise. Don’t book if you are a light sleeper. I wish I have known it would be problem for me. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Had a comfortable room on the 7th floor away from the freeway. It was super quiet. Comfy king sized bed. Plush towels. Nice view of the Getty Center from the balcony. We had a Uhaul to park so they put us in the back lot. Plenty of space. A little sketchy. But nobody messed with the truck. We enjoyed brunch up on the 17th floor. And the coffee shop in the lobby was great!

The rooms were decent. There was some damage to baseboards where I had to take pics to make sure I wasn't charged for the damage. But the pool area was enjoyable. There is a small gym with enough equipment to get a good workout in. Friendly staff. Not the best views from your room's window.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
