The way from city center to this hotel is very dangerous. People next to my room were talking after 11pm and I complained about this to personal, but the lady said she won't say anything to them because it's not the hotel's business and it was not even so late. She couldn't speak english and she was very rude. Breakfast was also very low-quality. By check-in the lady copied our ID card and let the copy on the shelf in the reception. Anyone could see it. I've never experienced this before and I'm not sure if this was necessary and when/if the copy of my ID card would be disposed. +No hairdryer

Very nice hotel host named Barbara was so wonderful and welcoming, helped with ordering taxis for my guided tours. Hotel is close to city centre nice quiet residential neighbourhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend great value for the price.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The rooms were quaint but for the price they were lovely. Shower was clean and linens were clean. Nice view and AC was easy to work. Breakfast was lovely, juice, pastries, cereal and toast. Also the coffee machine was great and made very tasty coffee. Views from the breakfast terrace was also beautiful. There was a vending machine in the lobby but you need euros to use it. Good location, less than 10 minute walk to metro and surrounding restaurants and bars were lovely and a nice break from the tourist spots in the centre of Rome. Great place to stay if you want an affordable place to stay, away from the tourist bustle, you'll find tons of gems around.

The rooms were very small. No connection to the internet in our room. Breakfast was dreadful - plastic cutlery, cardboard plates, basic choice. The coffee was good at breakfast but no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room. Not really a 3 star hotel, closer to 2 or even less. On a positive, the staff were lovely although very little English. Easy access to public transport to get in to the city. A walk down the road the locality had a lovely market and a cafe at non tourist prices - a real find.
