Rooms were good, service was good but not better because we checked in for 4 but they didn't give any brush, paste and also they only just gave one 500ml bottles of water for 4 people. But the room was fine, even the outdoor location and pool is also nice. Another drawback is, if you don't rent a car by yourself and think to commute by bus, then the hotel is kinda far from the bus station. It's close to 15-20 minutes walk based on your walking speed.

Beautifully set in the foothills above the town of Kamari. Their breakfast and dinner was amazing and the staff was very helpful setting up an all-day island tour before our arrival and tips for things to do on the island.

The staff are so helpful and will try their best especially Vistalis who double as the concierge and anything else you need. Anna and Maria the receptionist were great. Location is central to Fira and most major towns in Santorini

We arrived here on our honeymoon. As soon as staff knew they offered us half price spa treatments and left a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room for us. Amazing staff and very friendly. Our room was big and spacious and sheets and towels changed everyday. The view from our room was beautiful especially the fabulous sunrise. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very serene and peaceful. The pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. I would definitely recommend to stay here, the only struggle is the hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so although it's only a 10 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants, it's not much fun coming back up the hill. Overall a beautiful hotel and a perfect honeymoon.

The room was a decent size with a 4 poster bed. Jacuzzi outside of our front door! The whole place was clean and beautiful. Welcoming atmosphere. Best of all were the lovely, helpful and welcoming staff. The breakfasts were really tasty. Catering for every taste. Fried, pastries, ham and cheese. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful . I couldn't have had a more lovely stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
