        Terrible, all around. They're dreaming if they think this is a 4 star hotel; 2.5 stars a best. Basically, it's a Red Roof Inn. Our room (Superior Double room ) is tiny , floors were filthy, and the power went out the second night so we had no AC on a very hot night. There was no communication with guests and we had to call from an outside line to reach the front desk because they wouldn't answer he phones. They blamed it on an "outside problem" even though some rooms had partial power and eventually, we had lights but no AC. They did nothing to compensate us. Niente. The location was downright terrible. Via Marsala, across from the train station is essentially skid row. The breakfast was mediocre, coffee bad and there was a bird flying around the room probably pecking at the food when no one was looking and pooping. No one tried to remove it. For the second night, we got about $175 off the price because we booked in advance, but it wasn't even worth that amount. And then we added the first night and they absolutely refused to give us the same rate. So for two night, we paid a total of $650 for this dump. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of places near the station at a better price who are honest about their rating.

        Stayed here with my wife for our honey moon and we were not very happy with the hotel. It states that it “has AC” but frankly it felt barely any different from outside. The first floor was the only floor that seemed to stay cool, once we took the elevator up it was so much warmer. We slept without any sheets and took like 3 showers a day to stay cool and it was frustrating to have to go to sleep feeling hot. So as far as that goes, this is not a place to stay during summer months. Service was okay but not necessarily very friendly, just kinda neutral. Location is good since you can take the train to the airport and to some areas in the city but the bus system is very delayed so I felt like we could’ve stayed closer to the city and it would’ve been much more worth it. The location is not going to positively impact your stay by that much, specially since the area is kinda sketchy.

        Good location if you need quick access to the termini but there is lots of drunk people lying around roadside after 9pm . Had very bad experience with the impolite receptionist during check in. After all we just wanted a place to sleep in and proceed with the trip. When we back to hotel for rest after long day out , the AC malfunctioning and been seeking for help but the reply from the hotel was “ i will get the technician tomorrow to have a look and tonight you’ll need to bare with it “ we asked for a fan instead but very unfortunately there is none.

        4 stars rating is big lie!! Valeria **working on the reception was so rude & her colleague she said her name is mairi ! Very bad experience and customer service,breakfast was low class , No thing personal equipment was in room , no parking, an experience that will never repeat again ** not recommended at all

        I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Rome. I was there during my husband's birthday week and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was very small. I was promised a bottle of wine, which we never received. The shower did not have bodywash. I had to ask for it the next morning. The breakfast by the bar was also extremely disappointing. As we had to leave early for a day trip to Positano, we were only served one croissant each and there was no coffee available.
