The people on the reception are very nice. The location is great so close to the train station. The rooms are too old! The furniture is too old. Its not like the picture there is no wall unit or even a desk to put your things or your bag on! The entrance is wierd! The reception is in on the 2nd floor, you get there after ringing the bell and waiting someone to open or with a passcode! There are no people in the reception during night so if you arrive there late you wont be able to check in! There are 2 passwords you need in order to enter the building and your floor and then a key for the room! The balcony is overlooking an ugly dirty area between the buildings. The window shutter needed maintenance. Breakfast is too limited.

the only good thing is location. Very old building, rooms are dirty and dusty, also smell bad. Seems like they never clean their bathrooms, it smells like a public toilet in the very rural area. Also lift is tiny tiny. I ll never come back.

the place for money value is very good , near metro station 7minutes walking , very friendly stuff , near every thing , multi language speakers , the break fast good simple , very safe place , to me IAM lucky to find such a place .

The hotel is very close to the train station and from main attractions. The room was clean and comfy. It had a mini fridge with free cold water, and other beverages (that you needed to pay for if you drink them) The breakfast was quite good as well. The staff super friendly and helpful. I only spent one night there, but if I'd be happy to come back to it. 100% recommended.

very dirty, musty rooms beds are sagging, so you roll to the low side. This place is a total rip-off for the price a least good beds and pillows that are not 2 inches thin. I have stayed in bad hotels this one is in the top 10.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
