I had a great stay, very affordable and for the money i paid, i got more than i was expecting. I would come back again for sure! Very friendly staff also :) They clean the rooms everday and fresh breakfast every morning. The hotel has a nice location and i could easily walk to i.e. Colosseum or the National Art Gallery etc. Metro is also 8min walk away. Wifi could be a bit better but i wasn’t there to sit on my phone all day!

My new favourite hotel in Rome. Great location near the Vatican. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. My favourite thing about this hotel is the rooftop terrace, which is open 24/7, we grubbed some wine and pizza from a local shop and had dinner there both nights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We staid for 3 nights ,the room was not something special, the people in the reception was really friendly and nice. The roomservice was also very good and the room clean The breakfast was ok... Could be better but for it price is decent. The location is close to the Vatican bus stops and metro. The only negative was the transfer that was arrange by the hotel to the airport that they told us was 55 euros but the guy ask us 63 if we pay by card and 55 if it's cash . I think they should fix this because it's the last image of your stay in the hotel and it's really negative.

The pictures on their website are misleading. Our room was very small. The shower was way too small. You cannot bend down in the shower. In addition, the water temperature was not constant in the shower so we went from freezing cold to so hot we were burnt. I complained that the TV did not work. The front desk clerk tried to fix it but could not. He said someone would fix it the next day. They did not. The hotel did not put a new TV in our room nor did we get a discount for not having all the amenities disclosed. I will not stay here again.

Absolutely disgraceful hotel, do not stay here ever. They cancelled our 5 reservations made months ago on booking dotcom without informing us. We arrived to find we had NO rooms! This is totally unacceptable behaviour.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
