We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Arcsens but a few things to consider before booking. The hotel is in a quiet but convenient location, less than 5 min walk from the closest subway, but other amenities you need to travel a little further (or do as we did, eat before we got back to the hotel). The usual convenience stores are only a few steps away. The hotel is new and I personally liked the industrial design that has been used but our room did have compromises. Our room had a loft space which meant we had 4 single beds in the room but head space was at a premium, especially the lower level. Privacy can also be an issue as there are no doors to the sleeping areas, it is open plan. Whilst the hotel advertises a kitchen you get no utensils to use it, no plates, no cuttlery, cooking pots, cutlery/ chopsticks etc even drinking a tea of coffee (boiling water via a supplied kettle) is challenging as only glasses are provided to drink from, this was our only real disappointment with the room. The staff were wonderful. Always quick to reply to queries and never without a smile on their faces. If the layout works for you it's a great hotel and one where we would stay again

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are extremely friendly. The accommodation is in a great spot quietly away from the busy streets of Tokyo, but not far if you want to get a train into the busier districts. The room was super cute. Clean and had everything we required (besides cutlery) but we ate out whilst there so was not a problem. It had laundry facilities there so bring 100 yen coins. Bed was firm but one of the more comfortable ones we slept on in Japan. We would recommend staying here!

Good value for money. No frills, 3 star hotel. If you're just looking for a place to stay and to secure your belongings, this is a fine hotel. It was suitable for our travel needs. We didn't need anything else more. Location is great. About a 5 min walk from the nearest subway entrance. The closest major station is the Ryogokukan (sumo stadium) which easily connects to other lines and can easily get you where you want. The JR station is also located here too. Our room was good and quiet, had four double beds that accommodated the four of us. Bathroom was clean, however we found the bathroom towels provided were a little thin. Hotel staff advised that room is serviced every few days, which was fine, at which point the towels are changes for fresh ones. Laundry is located on 5th floor, and costs 600 yen for complete wash/dry cycle. There is a rooftop area, but access to it was locked out. We found the photos from the hotel a little misleading. It seemed like there was some sort of coffee bar in the lobby of the hotel, but when we arrived, the bar area was closed and there was no access or use to any of their coffee machines. That was disappointing. But there are convenience stores close by.

I am a tourist from Vancouver and I stayed for 2 nights with a few friends. The staff was extremely accommodating. For example, we had difficulty making the 11pm check out time and the staff let us checkout at 1145pm. There is complimentary face towels, cups, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and hair combs you can use. There's a microwave in the lobby and a fridge in the room itself. The area is quiet and convenient if you want to go to Asakusa station and there's a 711 + Family mart a minute walk away. Would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
