Quiet hotel. Small, functional, clean room, which had everything I needed for my stay. Excellent location. Fantastic value for money. I have given 0 stars for Service, only because I interacted with no one, nor did I need to.

The service was amazing. Ramona was very nice, kind, and helpful. It's a small hotel, but very good. It has smart reception and check-in. Although the rooms were too small, they were clean and cozy. Good location near shopping, restaurants, and public transport.

The room we booked was only €48,- but high quality! Small in size but had everything we needed. Door can be locked, which was soothing. Self check-in was quite complicated though, but we managed to get into our room with help. Very few parking space, but we made a reservation for it and it was all OK. The way into the parking lot, however, was very steep and quite difficult to get on and off, but we managed.

The Hotel is fine inside and the position great but the service provided is lacking any kind of consideration for the client, who would simple like to enjoy their travel. First, after reserving the parking by phone call, I opened the garage to see that my car was too big for it. This is a vital information that should be provided. The receptionist told me to park in the private area of the building, not assigned to the hotel, even if there were boards everywhere saying that this was forbidden. In the morning, the lady whose spot I took asked the hotel to wake me up (it was the only the of the trip when I could have slept longer) and I had to go around Frankfurt looking for a parking space without a shower or a coffee to wake me up. The same night, a mother and her teenage daughter were left hours waiting outside for the manager to call them back, because they automatic machine foe the checkin didn't work for them. The day of checkout, I was not allowed to leave my baggages to the hotel at all. This is just a money maker hotel for someone who tried to make the service as automated as possible without any heart.

WORST HOTEL EVER, I WENT THERE WITH MY MOTHER AND ARRIVED AT THE ROOM IT WAS DIRTY WITH HAIRS ON THE FLOOR. WE ASKED TO CHANGE IT, THE SECOND ROOM EVEN WORSE. DIRTY BATHTOWELS HANGING ON THE ROOM AND IN THE BATHROOM THERE WERE PEE ON THE FLOOR. WE WERE FORCED TO CHANGE HOTEL AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. OF COURSE THIS NEVER HAPPENED. DON'T TRUST PICTURES, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
