Very nice Hotel in the City Center very near to Beach, Tram and Train Station. The Design concept is beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, mostly organic and also french Pastry available. Only very thin Walls to the neighbour rooms are bit challenging

Had a great stay at Hotel Aria. I was warmly welcomed and my room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable - I didn't want to get out to go sight seeing. No real noise, occasionally heard someone leaving early morning but nothing to bother me. Overall, very satisfied!

Very disappointing stay ! The fact that the room was small I would not even write a review but the fact that the bathroom did not even close is a disgrace to this management ! When paying over $160 a night to stay in a hotel where the toilet is shaking and your holding on to the toilet not to fall off is something I never seen in my life ! Feel free to look at these fotos and make your own decisions. You can barely stand in the bathroom after taking a shower. Good luck!

Spent one night after our transatlantic flight. Central location, welcoming front desk. Walked into a cool, spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast included, very good value and would recommend to anyone exploring Nice. Thank you:)

During the first day of our stay we got a room with sewage issues and bad smell in the room. Asked the receptionist for a different room. They changed it immediately with an upgrade. Generally we enjoyed our stay and breakfast was good enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
