        Do not expect Sheraton, Hilton or even Ibis quality. It is a small hotel in an old building. It's location is almost perfect. The prices are completely acceptable - we paid 300 EUR for 5 nights for a double room. Do your math! You will struggle to find a better price in these conditions. It's far from perfect, but it is clean and warm. The staff is really polite and they speak English. The only major concern for us was the fact that they did not lock the doors after cleaning the room. Otherwise it is a good place, for a good price and one should really consider it as an option.

        Basic two star hotel, so don't expect any frills. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, although card reader wasn't working so was forced to go 200m to an ATM and pay in cash! Room was old fashioned but clean. A few light bulbs need replacing but I got by ok. Breakfast was good and the location very handy for the sights if you want that. In short, you get what you pay for, it was relatively cheap.

        I should have been alarmed by low review ratings for this place. Nevertheless I chose one of the cheapest hotels in Brussels. Pretty much everything in the room was extremely old, worn or downright broken. It was bearable for a single traveler, and I could give them 2 or 3 stars taking the price into account. But apparently, they just didn't want to improve. All that rust and dirt did not appear there yesterday - it took months or years to develop. Owners didn't want to spent a handful of bucks for basic repair :(

        Absolutely awful. I wouldn't let an animal stay in this for a night. There was no light between the lift and the corridor that lead to the room, this meant having to walk a few feet in the dark before triggering the automatic light which was past a staircase. There was banging and shouting all night and music blaring from some rooms. The doors might aswell have been made of plywood. To sum it up an absolute disgrace of a place. It is not worth putting yourself through this hell hole for the sake of saving some money.

        Absolutely terrible in my personal opinion. TV broken, boiling rooms and staff very aggressive. It was advertised as being a visa friendly hotel but they very conveniently had only a broken machine hense an aggressive demand for money. They then sent us on a wild goose chase into molembike to find a bank. We returned with no money and also very conveniently said the machine is fixed for later. We went out then after that and all of a sudden in the middle of the night we got a call from our bank saying they'd taken the money anyway. A handy location but 100% wouldn't recommend or stay again.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
