For those wanting to embrace the authentic RJ lifestyle, this boutique hotel is a top pick. Its prime location along the Arpoador boardwalk, connecting to Ipanema and Leblon, is unbeatable. You’ll soak in the vibrant energy of locals and tourists while enjoying stunning sunsets. The hotel’s restaurant offers excellent fare throughout the day, making dining a pleasure from breakfast to dinner. If you’re planning an extended stay of three nights or more, the beachfront rooms are a definite recommendation for the ultimate experience. Otherwise, the smaller, more affordable rooms still meet expectations nicely.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at - went to Rio with a large group of couples for a wedding. To start, this is the perfect location right on the edge of Ipanema beach, only a short walk to Copacabana beach surrounded by many options for food and entertainment, and the rooftop was a dream. Even more impressive were the included amenities - beach service, bikes, breakfast (really good with so many options!), weekday yoga on the roof, full restaurant which prioritizes guests. Drinking water delivered daily and a stocked mini bar with items for purchase at a reasonable rate. And finally, the most incredibly kind and accommodating staff. I wish I could remember the name of every person who assisted in making our stay amazing, special shout out to Rodrigo for the rooftop pool bar service! Our entire group felt like VIPs with the level of service we received. We will come back to Rio one day and this will be our first choice of places to stay.

In my opinion the best hotel for the price, location, and service! The staff spoke English and was helpful in making reservations and finding tours. The room was small (average city size room coming from SF/NYC) but clean and very comfortable bed! The location was perfect. It was not in touristy copacabana. Great quick walk to some great shopping and restaurants in Ipanema! My favorite was the restaurant! Best location and food! Great breakfast watching the surfers and even had dinner one night which was delicious and a beach front meal! I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! Thank you for helping make our stay so wonderful!

I was going to give it a 4 star due to the room size however the hotel more than makes up for it. I arrived prior to check in time. Whilst they made up my room they offered me to go up on the terrace which has a sauna, pool, spa, bar and loungers. The staff were excellent throughout and were very friendly and helpful. I opted to have of the menu for the breakfast this was a slight lower point as I requested the mushrooms to be removed from one dish and replaced with hash browns that I saw on another dish they couldn’t accommodate this which was a pity

Mixed experience. Entering this hotel feels like walking into the high-end lifestyle stores you find everywhere in London or New York. In my opinion quite a tired aesthetic, but of course popular with a certain demographic - yuppie couples with money. The restaurant is cool in that it spills out onto the beach. A great setting. Although I think the food is hit and miss. I was disappointed and surprised that there was no lounge area in the hotel. Just the restaurant. And the coveted roof terrace area (recommended by all the staff on first meeting) is underwhelmingly small. The staff are very nice at the hotel. The main downfall for this hotel however are the rooms. They are too small (the regular ones at least). More like staying on a cruise. For the price I would’ve expected more space in my room. I could hardly turn around in the shower room. And hotel seem to cut corners on cleaning. Had a nice massage on final day. Overall a decent experience, with excellent location, but definitely more classy and thoughtful hotel options in Rio.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
