A lovely hotel with excellent staff! We found our mattress to be very hard so they were kind enough to show us a couple more rooms' mattresses and switch rooms to the one we wanted, which was so nice! Location is certainly not central to anything touristy (about a 25 min walk into the centre), however it has everything you need right next to it within 30 secs walk - multiple delicious taco options, supermarket, Oxxo, etc. Thank you for having us!

The pros: Central location to many city landmarks and Reforma 222 (shopping Mall) and public transportation (big reason why I booked here). Close to Insurgentes and Reforma Avenues. Many places to eat here and found some great ones in the area. Although not in a very nice area, my daughter and I felt very safe in this neighborhood. The cons: Stayed here last week and I have to say that it was an average experience. The mattress was very hard, water drained very slowly in the sink and shower, leg room for toilet area was very small (awkward location), elevator was very noisy and shaky when stopping at floors, was charged 3 pesos for each drinking cups (none provided at the room), asked for an extra pillow and never received it. Will not stay here again when visiting CDMX. Big mistake.

The room wasn’t very clean. There were things left from the people before. The shower wasn’t working proper. The AC wasn’t running as well either. The breakfast was really good.

This hotel was everything that we hoped for after a long flight. It was near the shops and transportation. It was clean and bright and the service was top notch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
