The location is the best of this hotel, just outside central station. The rooms are ok, comfy beds and good hot water pressure. The staff is very friendly and they welcome us with a champagne in our room because it was our honeymoon. Breakfast is also ok. The hotel is old but well maintained, they could update a little bit the bathrooms. The only downside was that we had to change room because our room didn’t have a shower curtain and they didn’t have one to put.

We stayed there for 3 nights in January 2024. Positives: + Amazing receptionists. Very friendly and helpful. Daniel was extremely helpful and he even offered us complimentary mulled wine. Simon was also very kind and friendly. They both stole the show for us and they are the strong reason that we would choose to stay in the same hotel in the future. Great guys, both deserve a pay rise +Great location in the city center, 2 minutes walk to the main train station + Excellent breakfast with many choices and quality ingredients + Nice view + Cosy and relaxed lobby room and restaurant Negatives: - Rooms are very basic and small. Especially the bathroom - Room cleanliness could be better - Shower curtain and shower head had mold on it (see photos) - There was limescale in various areas in the bathroom. - Some stains on the carpet (see photo) - Lack of single use slippers (small detail but important)

I don't know why so many people are complaining. I found it just right especially for the price we paid! The train noise is not bad at all. I'd say barely noticeable and definitely doesn't keep you up. The location is perfect as you are 20 seconds from central station where every train goes through so a no brainer. The breakfast was amazing. It has everything you could want including dairy free and veggies stuff. I enjoyed the stay massivley. The staff were so helpful as they gave us some drinks vouchers when I asked about the safe not working. Highly recommend if your after a budget friendly nice stay which is perfect because everything else is extortionate! Thank you very much.

I enjoyed my stay but they really need to improve the cleaning standard in rooms and public spaces...Also,im not sure if it was because it was storming very badly,but while sleeping we had water dropping from the ceiling on the street side of the room.This need to be looked into too(it was my last night there and forgot to tell the reception about it the day after). All the Staff at the reception is probably what really made my stay very enjoyable.Thank you guys!

Extremely convenient location. Right next to Copenhagen Central Station. Great value for money. Complimentary tea, coffee and fruits in lobby 24/7 a plus. Go for breakfast. Good variety of breakfast spread. We'll book again when we're in Copenhagen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
