Thank you Hotel Astra for a great services for the last 6 days of my stay. This hotel is nothing like others, i would 100% recomend this hotel for your stay. The staffs were very nice, rooms are perfectly clean, bed are super comfortable. Dont be fool by the outdoor look, the insides is whats matters. I was on a business trip and definitely will come back one day for the leisure trip. Train stop is 2mins walk, markets are right next to the hotel, shoping mall are 5 mins away by train/tram. what more you need ? Bravo for the team of Astra hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍

Extremely clean hotel- house keeping does a great job! The breakfast was WONDERFUL and reception staff were very kind and helpful. Our stay was from Oct 6th -13th. Thank you Hotel Astra! Will definitely return. Thank you to Mr Jebs for arranging my dry cleaning and calling a taxi :)

The rooms are clean and have some comfy beds and with good badthrooms.The hotel had some average breakfast but with some lackabilities. The location of this hotel is really good, not too far from the centre of Düsseldorf but the locstion is also quiet. Lastly there is a lasertag like next to the hotel to bring your kids to.

A very clean hotel and super friendly manager and staff and easy access to public transportation. We have been coming to this hotel 3 to 4 times a year for more than 15 years, whenever we are in Düsseldorf and feel like coming back home

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
