We stayed there for one night. The room and bathroom have good size and everything working fine. At the checking you need to fill up paperwork in order to get checked in and wait for your time to use your room. Their costumer service is good, breakfast is basic and bathroom has a very good shower. I didn't like is they charge R$ 30.00 to hold your luggage even.if for one hour. Also to maintain the coffee hot they keep the coffee pot with a gas flame burning under the pot. Doing this the coffee gets tasting burned-out.

Firstly I'll start with the good, as it will be quite short. The location was fantastic, it is in the heart of Copacabana and easy access to the entire city. Luckily we were only staying for one night. The check in process was slow and considering it was 2pm there was only one person at the reception. But I can understand this as I have previously worked in the industry, irregardless we were asked multiple times to pay for our luggage storage fee which we had paid in cash earlier that day. This just added to the frustration during the check in process. Now to the cleanliness of the room, it was abysmal to start off with; towels which still had make up stains on them, the grimy shower, bed sheets that were stained and the room itself smelt like dust. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, as there are much nicer and higher quality places in Rio for the same price.

I was treated with disrespect by the concierge on the day 21/12 at around 01:00AM which ended up making me stay and my wife stay at another hotel on Copacabana. When we politely asked for the prices, the concierge rudely said that only executive rooms were available (which was no problem for us) but then when my wife asked again how much that would be and the concierge replied: “not even my daughter speak to me this way” which both shocked and caught us off guard. We simply turned around and found another hotel to stay. Stay away from here.

Location is hard to beat. Everything is on your doorstep. You are in the heart of the city. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Uber to and from airport only £10. Excellent value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
