I stayed in this hotel for five nights. My evaluation of him is very good! First of all, this hotel is very clean! The room cleaning service is really great. It's clean every day. In addition, their public bathroom is also super clean! The bed in the room is so comfortable that I can't expect it to be comfortable! I like the decoration style of their house, and even the pillows on the bed are so comfortable, which is a great psychological satisfaction for me! The breakfast in the hotel is very good. Although I have read some bad comments, I think it is a great value, so we have breakfast here every day! The food is rich and the service is very good! Limbo is our service’s provider. The location of the hotel is quite good. It's very convenient to go anywhere, whether it's shopping or going to the palace in a few minutes! The service staff of the hotel can speak English and don't feel any language tips, which is very good. I think it's worth staying in this hotel!

Great Location!! Rooms and bathroom spacious and clean. We had great breakfast on the 1st floor. Mag our waiter during breakfast was very courteous and polite to us. Highly recommend Hotel Atlántico. Great experience during our vacation.

Wonderful stay. The rooms are so clean and they provide bathrobes. Service at the front desk is phenomenal. Particularly the two Eduardo’s. Definitely try out the restaurant vinitos only eight minute walk from the hotel. Great location right in the middle of Gran via

Location, cleanliness and sound proofing of the room is what makes this Hotel a great choice of place to stay; however we did have a few issues to bring out that we did not like/appreciate. 1. Personally for us, the breakfast at 12 Euros/person wasn't worth the value. Although there was significant choice, foods that should have been served warm was instead cold. For this amount of money you could get far better in restos outside of the hotel. 2. The A/C in our room was a major issue for us as it gave off a musty smell when being used. We brought it to the front desk's attention but unfortunately the problem wasn't resolved. All maintenance did was open the windows; which is something we could have done but did not do because it didn't make sense to leave windows open while the A/C was on. This being said, the A/C ( in room 606) clearly needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance. 3. Personally, I think greeting by reception staff needs a bit work. Although everyone was nice and helpful, some clearly don't know how to greet you with a smile. A smile requires such little effort and cost's absolutely nothing. It's a must in the hospitality business. As for the rest A+. A special mention for Arturo on the ninth floor, a super nice and helpful person. Would we go back? Maybe. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, roof top cafe/ bar very nice. Hotel located right in the middle of main shopping area, but managed to be quiet. Great breakfast, but no restaurant.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
