It was a great place to stay while visiting the Medina of Marrakech. The Riad gave a bit of a refugee from all the businesses of the market and street performers. I experienced the rooms as clean and well cared for. We stayed in a room with shared bathroom and showers. This was never an issue, and all-in-all good value for the money.

The room assigned to us was definitely not what I booked, it was certainly their storage room (all sheets, towels, duvets were there) - we were given one mattress on the floor and two living room couches, not comfortable at all. This was very disappointing - they were probably fully booked and we were the unlucky ones who arrived later to check-in. On top of this, the TV, A/C and wifi were not working so in the end we didn't get any of what we booked except the breakfast. The staff was kind but did not meet our needs.

Very close to the main square of Marrakech. I had a single room that was comfortable just a bit noisy because it is at the entrance but was ok, it was possible to sleep. The common space is wonderful, the external toilet so so. It is the type where the shower doesn't have a separate part. The service was kind. I arrived also before the check in time, but they gave the room.

This hotel deserves no stars. The receptionist's behavior was incredibly rude, displaying a terrible attitude and lacking proper manners. I was treated with disrespect, as if I were seeking a free stay like a beggar. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and furnishings were subpar, and it was overpriced compared to other budget-friendly options that offer superior service.

After two weeks travelling through Morocco in hostels, I can assure this is the worst place I’ve stayed in. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and you can find at least 30 more options in the area that are cheaper and better. The hotel is not clean, especially the bathrooms. They keep the trash in a tiny room in the bathroom and it smells disgusting. There are only three or four bathrooms for the whole hotel, which has around 30 rooms. The rooms are very small and don’t have air conditioner which, in Marrakech, is literally a nightmare. There were only two plugs in a room for four people. However the worst part of it all was definitely the service. Since we arrived, we were treated like trash. The guy in the reception spoke to us in the worst tone, threatening one of my friends that made a mistake with the reservation. They make noise in the reception until 2 or 3 in the morning, which makes it impossible to sleep if your room is downstairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
