The room was filthy, there was mold in the tub and someone's hair on the mat next to it. Poor service attitude! I stored my luggage after checking out. When I came back, I sat on the sofa in the lobby. There was no one on the two sofas. At this time, the clerk came out and gave me the stored luggage. I told him that I would take it when I leave later. Five minutes later, a male clerk came out and told us that we couldn't sit here for a long time because there were other customers who wanted to sit. He also took out the luggage. I told him that I would pick it up later, and his expression immediately became very impatient. Ask me when I will come and take it away. Are you so anxious to drive people away? There's no one on the sofa, so why would you let it out if you don't want to sit on it? The sound of the KTV in the room was turned up to the maximum and it was almost inaudible. The response to song requests was very slow and many songs could not be requested.

It was very nice to have two beds. So the price was high, but it was 43,000 yen for 5 people for a girls' party. I was charged an extension fee of 4,800 yen just because I was only 3 minutes late leaving the room when checking out. If it happens after even a minute, I wish I had told you in advance. I felt uncomfortable at the very end. The staff member was polite, but even though I thought he was being kind, I felt betrayed. There was a water server, sweets, and wine glasses (plastic) in the room. I was also able to borrow irons. The bathtub was spacious and enjoyable. There weren't enough bath towels for the number of people, one hair dryer didn't work, and the room was a bit dusty and dirty. All of the pajamas were one-piece pieces that were quite wrinkled, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I thought it wasn't very good for the price.

They were running a campaign where all rooms were priced at 8,900 yen, and I was able to stay in a 13,900 yen room for 9,000 yen. The room was clean and the service was convenient with a variety of things. The bed was spacious, but the bathtub was a little small. There was no water in the water server and it didn't come out.

It's simple and safe, so I've used it several times. What bothers me every time is the sound of the built-in air conditioner. I don't know if it's because it's old or what, but it's too much of a fly in May. It's like a vinyl house. If the owner was watching, it wouldn't just be Gawa. Please repair the equipment as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
