        To be honest it is not a 4 star hotel. Sadly the quality of the rooms was rather that of a 3 star hotel. It was clean but nothing special. Soap and towels were provided rather carefully. Breakfast was a standard of 3-4 star hotel but not a 4 star hotel. If you find availability to another hotel I would rather suggest it. The personal/reception was/were polite. The other good thing is good location in the city. Oh! The rooms don't have a good view and the air-conditioning is pretty loud!

        My recent stay at the Beachfront Oasis was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and on-site dining, were top-notch. Breakfast by the beach was a highlight, and the staff's attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. I highly recommend the Beachfront Oasis for a perfect getaway. I can't wait to return!

        Stayed here for 7 days whilst in Rio, while the location of this hotel was fantastic unfortunately our experience in the hotel itself was terrible, from the moment we checked in we had issues that no one would help us with, from the plug sockets not working to our passports being locked in a broken safe, when asked for assistance and a change of room we were made wait in the old room for someone to retrieve our belongings, which was overall time consuming and taking time away from our holiday, when I tried to speak with someone about this I was told "I don't speak English" and brushed off. We also had issues with the WiFi, when rang to reception they hung up the phone several times on us. Overall the rooms were claustrophobic, dirty and very basic, I understand that u are paying for location however there are things this hotel could do to make it better. I advised staff that I had an underlying health issue and asked when changed room for a bigger one, when I went to the new room it was smaller, we got to the point that we didn't approach staff about anything and spent as little time as possible in hotel. We were not even offered an apology or acknowledgment of our complaints . This hotel also charged us for leaving our baggage after check out for 1 hour.... there are much better hotels available in the same location..... DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED!

        This is not a 4 star hotel. I’ve never experienced such horrible service as I did with this one. The picture you see is blood stains on my bedsheets and the wall. Worst of it all is that service stops working after a certain time. Our bathroom flooded with water and the service lady was like “oh keep it for tomorrow”. Towels were dirty, housekeeping never cleaned and they left the garbage bags on the desk. Save your money and headache and stay somewhere else.

        I don't know, I've never been to that hotel, it might even be good, but I don't think it is. I was contacted via whats to give the hotel a 5 star review in exchange for money. And apparently it happens a lot. I'm here exposing the case, because this has no way of being lawful. Don't trust google ratings. Here's the message: "Okay, you can start and review this hotel. You can google this hotel and leave a five star review and positive feedback, if you prefer a direct link just ask. This is the name of the Hotel: ( Hotel Atlântico Travel Copacabana )" Purchasing fake Google reviews goes against the basics When we search for company reviews, especially on Google, it's because we want an honest and transparent company, isn't it? But the moment a brand posts fake Google reviews, it's breaking all the basic rules of advertising and marketing. With the intention of manipulating users, these companies publish testimonials that are not true, bringing false quality, popularity and real satisfaction to their services or products. An important point to be raised is that these attitudes do not only have consequences for the companies that practice this act, but also jeopardize the credibility and trust of all the evaluations that we find on the internet, generating distrust among users. An attitude that can cause online sales, for example, to decline. Companies that decide to publish reviews that are not real can have serious problems, as they can be punished with legal damages and have a reputation that no one else can take away, directly affecting the result of the business.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
