Nice and welcoming receptionist. That's the only reason I give 2 stars and not 1. Even if the place has a no smoking 🚭 policy, at the 4th floor there was an intense odour of tabacco. There were people sitting on the stairs and shouting normally. The hotel in general needs a complete refurbishment. The location would be great just 20 meters in any direction as there were about 20 workers just in front of the hotel very laudy. Some of them are staying at the hotel

It is affordable and good for spontaneous plans. However, my biggest problem was smoking. Reception said smoking is prohibited but whole hallway smelled horrible. the rooms and hotel don’t have air conditioning so we had to keep the windows open for ventilation. They should have smoke alarms (activated) in the rooms to avoid such behaviour and any fire hazards. Also we were promissed double bed but we got two single beds with different hardness. I am not one star mad because of great location. There are nice cafes just at 100 m distance.

It's always loud there - especially in the courtyard, even in the middle of the night. There's always a lot of men hanging around the hotel who accost women passing by. I myself have been whistled at and heard some obscene phrases from them. The location is pretty nice and food is okay, but I wouldn't this place recommend for a solo trip, especially not to young women. I didn't feel safe there.

Most horrible hotel in Berlin. They sale the rooms with fake pictures and text profile. This hotel is next to parking place. I booked a 1 person bed for 120 euro and without breakfast. It’s ok, but when I arrived the rooms are next to the parking place full of cars. So at 5 o’clock I awake.. taking a Shower? No-way. It’s not working. Hot water is closes after 9:00 by the hotel. 🥹😫 Please stay away from the nightmare. I wish k had a nightmare! I didn’t sleep at all!

Otel is normal.but there are people of different nations they speaking high volume and shout evening last time and early morning..l cant sleep comfortable 🙂 but otel clean

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
