I wouldn’t expect anything more for what we paid for. The room was a good size with a few extras for example a fan, hair dryer and the room was cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable and it was exactly what we wanted. It is slightly out for the centre but there are plenty of cafes within walking distance and transport links into the centre. The people on the front desk were very friendly and helpful! If you want a budget hotel I would definitely recommend it.

They completely let us down at the last minute. We messaged the hotel months before our trip to ask if they could store some lightweight bicycle bags for a few weeks. We were very clear about our dates and they very clearly said yes. We were planning on returning to the same hotel after our trip. As we were checking out to go on our trip they changed their mind. We have planned this trip for over a year and it was very important we had somewhere to store these bags. They didn't care. We had to rush to the train station and pay €150 for a storage spot. We almost missed the train and had to skip breakfast. Really terrible customer service. They also said they had an indoor bike storage space in an email, which they didn't. It feels like they said whatever they needed to to get a booking then didn't care what happened once we had paid

Close to the main train station, which is why we choose it. We could also easily reach city center. Our room was nice, good size, loved the view, fan and fridge which was great to keep the drinks cold for our trip next day. Staff was friendly,check in-out where quick. However, those pillows are the worst ones I ever slept on,too thin&soft also bathroom could have been cleaner. Still a nice hotel to spend the night for a good price ,which was 50€/night.

I checked-in late after office and there was no staff. When I called the service-line, he asked me to collect the Key-card from box at the entrance and that never worked. Then he sent me to another hotel to collect the card and when I unlocked the door, there was someone else in my room. It took me around two hours running between the hotels to get a room. Only the service-line guy was kind enough (Ofc, because it was their mistake).

Affordable nice hotel. very pleasant staff with a nice continental breakfast. flatscreen Tvs are a bit old, so you can't cast your phone/tablet but the do have an hdmi port. Basic cable so every show is in German, with no English subtitles. a short walk to the more touristy areas and restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
