The room was very big. The decor was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very smelly. Maybe something wrong with the drainage. Also the shower head didnt work properly. No facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. Quite confusing layout . Someone to bring you to the room on arrival would have been helpful. I had an issue with my initial booking . I booked the wrong dates and didnt notice this until the day we arrived. Although the hotel were able to offer us accommodation we had to pay again. I have tried to contact the hotel by email a number of times to sort this out but have never received a reply.

The welcome was very friendly and quick, they spoke both German and English very well. The room was very nice and clean and city noise was very doable as well (e.g., you would hear sirens from police, but no pedestrians talking). A great place for a good price! The only 'downside' was that to get to and from the reception/breakfast area, you would have to take a lift to go outside via the courtyard (covered, so no rain, but still cold in the early morning).

I do like the beds. They are very comfortable to sleep in. The location is excellent; located right next to the exclusive shopping street of Kurfűrstendamm. The room looks very nice and clean. However, it is an overpriced boarding house. The bathroom is tiny and seemed to be added on. The toilet and shower when being used makes a noise as if water is being filled. There is very little ventilation in the bathroom so it gets very humid and uncomfortable very quickly while taking a shower. The gentleman at reception claims he does not speak English. The room promotes air conditioning but we got a fan. The price you pay for staying at this hotel is overpriced but if you want to stay in the middle of West Berlin, this could be the place to book.

I was so disappointed with the service at checkout. Until then I would have stayed here again but at checkout I was charged 50 euros cleaning fee since they had to change my bedsheet due to a little blood on it. This was presented to me at checkout in earshot of lots of other guests. Also tax was added to the room price so I ended up paying nearly 100 euros more than expected. I found the treatment over a woman having a small period accident shocking and shameful, I thought a clean bedsheet would be standard service or at least a discreet treatment of such situation. I am so disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Take Hotel Henri in the next street over this one anytime.

On the first day I asked for 2 hangers and to help removing the smell of cigarettes from the room. Stayed 4 nights and any of my requests were assisted. On the other hand, the oldest lady at breakfast service is top!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
