        This place is an absolute nightmare. First of all, due to a mistake, we had to pay twice for our room. That's not a problem, we're gonna handle it, but the guy at the reception wasn't the kindest... He didn't really tried to help us, the only thing, that he cared about was that when he's gonna get his money... Allright, I got it, the show must go on, even is a customer fails at a point, but come on... The second... We booked a single, NON SMOKING room, with two separate beds. We got a double bed, with the smell of a tobacco factory, marks of cigarette burns on the blankets, and the best part, that the blanket we got was dirty as hell. The only good point in the place is that it's close to a subway station, and the city centre.

        Avoid this hotel by all means!!! Here is what happened to me during my stay: 1. I booked a single bed room for four nights, when I arrived, the hotel did have any room reserved for me due to some error of their computer system. Their solution was to assign me whatever room was available during my stay, so I had to pack up my luggage and change rooms every one or two days. 2. On the last night of my stay, someone knocked on my door at midnight (can you imagine?!!!!) claiming they needed my passport to "complete the registration," even though I had already registered with my passport on the first day. They kept knocking until I threatened to call the police!! 3. As others have mentioned in their comments, the wifi doesn't work, there is no hand sanitizer, and some bathroom doors can't be closed. Overall, it was really an awful experience staying there. Being woken up at midnight was the last straw!!!!!!

        For a one star hotel it was much more than I expected. The staff greeted us with a smile and was polite and helpful. The room was normal size and had shower with a toilet inside. We were given towels and the sheets were clean. The room did not have fire alarm (which was a big plus of course). The breakfast was included in the rooms price and it was served in the local cafeteria couple doors next from the hotel. The coffe there was top notch. All in all this was the best hotel during my three day stay in Italy.

        I booked a single bed room for one night. I walked 15 minutes from Milano Centrale. I found esily the hotel. The receptionist guy was kind and friendly. The room was totaly enough for one or two night for one person. Yes, someone can say that too small but the price/value i think the one of the best.

        Very clean and conveniently located hotel. Walkable from Station Centrale, and very close to many transit options. The free breakfast of coffee and croissant at the local cafe is just brilliant. And the overall cleanliness of the room was a big plus. Otherwise a no-frills hotel but a great option for folks looking to have a comfortable stay while mainly being out and about. Excellent value for the price
