Very nice and clean.. they're doing some improvements as well which it will be even better soon Staying here for a few nights and really loved the location.. its centre of the whole beach. Was also upgraded to a sea-view room. Without any extra charge ❤️ I'd strongly recommend it.. well worth the money.. It's also very reasonable and cheaper than other surrounding hotels.

This is everything but a 4 star hotel. Here's what to expect: - WIFI isn't working. They will try to move their routers/boosters, but it still doesn't work. So don't come here if you have work to do. - Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, if you sleep lightly, prepare to embrace insomnia. There are clubs around and the music goes on all night. - Ah... And if you like functional locks on your outside door, this is not the place for you. So if you only want to sleep and be close to good restaurants or the beach, go on. To be comfortable, I'd suggest to pass.

It's an OK hotel, although above average for the area I guess. Rooms in the main building are not so good, air conditioning didn't work and windows didn't lock properly. We requested to be moved to the newer tower where the rooms are much better. Pool area is quiet and relaxing, and there are some great restaurants nearby.

Good location for ocean views, beaches and nightlife. Not close to business part of town, but cab ride is easy. Hotel is "old school" Morocco beautiful, but its beauty couldn't hide a not-so-clean shower that stopped draining after the third person in our party used it. Very good breakfast, and staff was very friendly. Would recommend for short stay.

Location wise, this is a great hotel. Located just by the corniche, easy to find out. The behavior of the staff are just nice! It's a clean and beautiful hotel for someone's pocket. The view from my room of the ocean was really good. If someone is craving for fast food, McDonald's is at just around the corner. They just need to do a little uplifting of the exterior.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
