Booked a non-smoking room but they put me in a room with a no smoking sign and an ash tray and lighter in the room. They admitted that the room was a smoking room but would not allow me to move and will charge me for a full night if I cancel. Disappointed and won't be back.

If the afternoon manager is going to yell at me for leaving the hotel for the day without leaving the room key at reception, he could at least train the front desk staff to actually tell guess to leave the key there upon leaving the hotel! Rude and disrespectful

Great little hotel in Kabukicho under the Bali An name. The interior does have the glamping theme. It is a love hotel but it is not the typical shady love hotels in the area. Courteous front desk staffs, breakfast, and free drinks and snacks in the lobby. However the sound proof needs a little room for improvement. Mostly for the door slamming noises in the morning. Aside from that, as long as you mind the drunk people shrieking in the middle of the night, it is a very good location. It is just a few minutes walk from the Donki store and about a 5 min walk from the Higashi-Shinjuku station A1 exit. Very clean room and valuenfo the money even during Sakura season.

Hotel BaliAn Resort Shinjuku Glamping : the hotel is nice and middle of busy and diversified township. Staff was helpful even they are not good in English. They have prepare a lots of in rooms amenities, utensil and in room dining choices for you. Very nice

Full of amenities, free drinks, etc. The room, bath, and toilet were clean. From the old-fashioned concept of a love hotel, you didn't just get the key quickly and go to your room without meeting anyone. I was confused by the customer service at the front desk and the proper explanation. The price range is also good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
