My husband and I stayed at Hotel Ballard for a few days prior to leaving on an Alaskan cruise. My husband stayed there on a previous work trip to Seattle and had such a great experience, he booked it again for our trip. The rooms are spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the separate WC from the vanity/shower, it made getting ready in the morning go much faster. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and stylish and I appreciated the water, coffee/tea, and fruit available in the lobby. The location of the hotel was probably the biggest perk - very close to tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, and more. We walked everywhere! I would highly recommend Hotel Ballard to friends and family and would happily stay there again in the future.

My recent stay at the Hotel Ballard was lackluster, to say the least. While the location is incredible, the rooms are basic and the customer service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I have been fortunate to be able to stay at nicer hotels and I have found that what makes them so great are the little extras they provide. In the end, Hotel Ballard is just a three star hotel that charges a four star rate. Look elsewhere.

Enjoyed our stay. Best features were its location, quality, and the luxury suite's bathroom. Surrounded by lots of great places to eat, coffee/tea shops, and vintage shops. Ideal for couples, those who like boutique hotels, and those who want a different vibe from downtown Seattle. This should be a 4-star hotel. Not sure why Google lists it as a 3-star. Maybe because there's no breakfast on the premise and lacks some services, but the hotel is surrounded by businesses that will fill those gaps. Stay during the weekday (Monday-Thursday) to avoid the wedding party guests. This hotel is popular for weddings from Friday-Sunday. Other reviewers complained about the rooftop party noise but we didn't experience this as we stayed during the weekday.

I’d been wanting to find a place to stay in Ballard and this was ideal. Just spent a lovely weekend there. I was slightly concerned that our room was only on the 2nd floor and facing the street. I didn’t need to worry at all, clearly well built and well insulated, could barely hear the street noise. The room itself was quite beautiful with a large and spacious bathroom that had both a freestanding tub and separate shower. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, and I’d say the location is perfect.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
