        Great location and nice front desk staff however, hotel lobby under construction and there was barely any room to sit in the lobby to converse. If you don't purchase breakfast don't expect to have a coffee included in the morning (it was not included for us), even after spending NYE (and expensive pricing) and despite no other coffee shops being open in the area due to the holiday. Room experience was underwhelming. Don't think we would stay again.

Edit to respond to the owner: That was not just a suggestion from the receptionist. My reservation was cancelled because you did not want to accommodate my family in the room we booked. If it's business, then it's bad business and your arrogant response proves it.

        This was our first hotel stay in Barcelona in June 2023. The staff was exceptional, top notch, and highly professional. They were great at recommending sites to see and which tour groups were the best. We had a wonderful view of the city in our terrace room. The positive was we were far enough from the tourist traffic but within walking distance of the nearest metro station. If and when we visit Barcelona again, this would be the ONLY hotel I'd stay at!!

        Manager here was very unhelpful and rude. Recommend going somewhere else. Politely asked if they could call a taxi and they told me to go flag one down myself since I wasn't staying at the hotel. This would have cost them nothing and simply a decent thing to do. This reply is in response to the hotels post after my original review. The person I spoke to at the hotel was at the reception and wearing a suit. He had the air of a manager but I did not ask his title. However, he was speaking as a representative of the hotel. Of course, he could have provided any excuse for not being able to help me and offer advice instead. This was definitely not the case. He was simply rude and basically told me leave and find a taxi outside. He was disrespectful enough that I am taking the time to post both of these reviews which I've never done before. To be clear, there was no confusion with my understanding. He was blatantly rude. And no, you will not be seeing me soon.

        I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for a super friendly, amazing location, comfy and high standard quality hotel. The staff here went above and beyond for me and my partner, offering us lots of guidance and help where we needed it and made us feel most welcome. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning and always greeted with a smile from the reception staff. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable, not to mention we had an incredible view! What made this trip even more special was coming back Saturday night after my partner had proposed to me! We had wine in the room and snacks - it was so clean and tidy. This trip has truly been one to remember and we will most definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel, again thank you to all the incredible staff here for making our stay so wonderful.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
