Hotel staff was very kind, truly welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar has an amazing view. Location is also very good - walking distance from main attractions, with a tube station close by. One thing I didn’t like is noise. When in the room we could hear everything from the hallway, and almost everything from the room next to us. Not a great experience when you try to relax after a long day and there is a family with screaming kids behind the wall, or you are weaken up by a slamming door.

Great location, close to all sights and underground metro. Laura S. from breakfast was fantastic 😃 we loved her work ethic and kindness. Rooms are a little loud but dies down after 10pm - I had to use ear plugs.

Excellent location And all of the amenities you need to survive. As an American, I had to dock a point for the rolling cold showers. Bfast isn’t included at the bargain price I got. Staff was friends and helpful. I will note, upon entering if you have to decend about ten stairs.

Nice location and clean rooms -- plenty of restaurants and gelato places nearby -- our walk out balcony had a great view -- Family of four had enough space -- the pictures online were the exact room that we stayed in -- Thick curtain on the interior side of the room served to divide the sleeping space when we got up early and didn't want to wake up the kids with bedside lights. Most of the staff were very helpful except the evening front desk person that tried to offer an outrageously expensive taxi trip to FCO airport. Don't be misled by this staffer. The Barberini Square taxi stand is just down the hill (3 min walk) and there's a flat rate to the airport.

The location is perfect, but I did not like the room at all. It was way too small, dark, and stuffy. Actually, I could rate it as one of the most unpleasant and uncomfortable stays. Old beds put together that kept separating overnight, cheap pillows, awful light both in the room and the bathroom, and we could hear every little sound on the entire floor. When housekeepers were cleaning the surrounding rooms and hallway in the mornings, it felt as if they were with us in the room. I would not stay there again. Worth to mention that our room was on the first floor. The upper floors might be better. There is a rooftop garden, something like a cocktail bar, and the music choice there was so poor, that we left after a quick cocktail.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
