        This hotel is fantastic; from the balcony, you can enjoy views of the bustling street at night and the stunning sunrise in the morning. A beautiful sunset can be seen through the rooftop. The personnel is incredibly friendly, and breakfast is excellent.

        Overall our stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location. The staff is super accommodating and helpful. It’s safe. They always have a security guard at the front. It was three of us staying in one room, and I have to say it was perfect. I really do care about cleanliness, and it was a pretty clean hotel. Our beds weren’t all that amazing but I had a great night sleep. But what I really want to emphasize is the location of this hotel, walking distance to everything, Taxi stand right outside of it, and I didn’t use the bus but it’s somewhere around a Hotel as well. I loved our stay. Will come back to the same hotel again in the future.

        When I booked the Agoda app, all the pictures(6 pictures) of the standard room had a nice window overlooking the outside streets. I didn't see the picture of the room outside the window surrounded by walls, and I didn't hear the story from the center hotel. But, the room I received was a room with a view of wall, not the street, and I stayed with the curtains closed for 5 days. Don't believe the picture on the ad. I wouldn't have made a reservation if I knew it was a room facing the wall. The room I booked and the room I used were completely different, I felt cheated and very unpleasant. To prevent other future guests from misunderstanding, post a picture that matches the actual room condition on the reservation site and clarify the notice in advance. The act of raising a room with a nice outside view to stay in and actually giving a room looking at the wall is not worth doing in a four-star hotel. Rather, it would have been better if you told me honestly in advance that if you chose a standard room, you would see the view surrounded by the wall, or if you could let me know. Of course, I repeat, then I would have canceled my reservation and gone to another hotel. Later, looking at a review of Google Maps the Center Hotel Barcelona, I found a post posted by another customer who suffered the same damage as me. Anyway, thanks to you the Center Hotel, I ruined my 25th wedding anniversary trip. Look at the photos I posted to see if I'm right or not, and compare the reservation site photos posted on the Agoda app. I don't know if the responsibility for posting the reservation site photos is in Agoda or the center hotel, but I hope the hotel takes responsible action. I asked the front desk that the air conditioner wasn't going down 26 degrees, but I didn't get any action, I didn't get any explanation. To be honest, I don't expect there to be any action to write such a review, but I leave a long review to prevent other victims. Because honest reviews are important.

        Rooms were stale and musty. Also had mold in multiple places of the bathroom. Bed was rock hard. Also the 1st floor and second floors constantly hear the train every 2-5min from 4am-11pm. Location was fine, but not a place I’d ever suggest someone stay with many other close options.
