Stayed in the Hotel January 24. The staff are lovely. All are ready to help.with any problem. Breakfast was very good fresh with much choice. Last day we were supposed to leave very early and they made a great effort to have everything ready for us to the minute. Rooms very very clean and we're tidied meticulously every day. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the room is that was slightly small and our room had a small window with no view but to an inside service court. I would definitely recommend and return to this charming hotel. Thank you!

This hotel is the best of Italian hospitality. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning crew, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast crew is outstanding, not only is the food great but the service is top tier. You can tell the pride that the employees have in the quality of their service. They also wrote us a handwritten letter with some chocolates thanking us for staying with them. The location is near a cute plaza with a lot of food options and it's about 7 minutes away from all main tourist locations. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable.

What a wonderful hotel! It's quirky and has charm, character and elegance to spare. The staff at the front desk are friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. Although the hotel is small, our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. On a practical note, the hotel's free wifi works reliably, and free local and international phone calls (via VoIP) are included. This isn't a cookie-cutter chain hotel: staying here is an experience you'll remember. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service - especially the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. We have strict dietary restrictions and our server offered to have our food cooked in separate cookware and exactly as our restriction require which was very nice and to be honest, way beyond the call of duty. The rooms were a bit small - which is to be expected from a boutique hotel, but the balcony with its gorgeous views of the fountain make up for it. Would stay again

This hotel is located near the Barbarini Piazza and minutes away from the metro. It is tucked away on a charming narrow street and when we entered, Daniel greeted us warmly. The main area of the hotel is charming and cozy. Our room was equally charming with all the amenities that we needed. It came with a sauna, jacuzzi and spacious terrace that overlooked the Piazza. The breakfast is served at the table and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Every morning a tiered centerpiece arrived with fruits, sandwich meats and pastries. The manager of the breakfast area and his staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and a further few minutes to other main tourist attractions. The Barbarini Metro stop is worth using if you plan to venture to other areas of Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
