Pay attention -- the hotel is on the 2nd floor which means 4 flights of stairs. They're not steep but still, after a day of walking on cobblestones those stairs can be daunting. The bathrooms ( there are two) are lovely. The mgr kindly let me use a bathroom in an empty suite when both were occupied. For the price and location, it can't be beat.

I loved this place. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's weird that it has a shower and a sink in the room but it's actually really convenient. The shared bathroom was always clean so that was awesome. The location is unbeatable, it's close to everything. I would not recommend staying here if you're carrying large suitcases, then again I would not recommend large suitcases in Italy in general, you'll be carrying them while going up stairs A LOT.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Our room was huge, and the bathroom was newly renovated so it was spacious and great. They had coffee in the morning which was nice and the manager Vincenzo was super friendly! And he gave us great restaurant recommendations. Would love to return to stay here.

overall is a good hotel despite not having AC. pro- location, the space of the room, check in was easy, shared bathroom (near the dining area) is new and spacious, clean and tidy, there’s kettle and cups available in the room, coffee and tea free of charge, i feel safe as only occupancy have access to the building, and we have access to the hotel and room seperately (almost like triple lock system) con- you do need to climbs 4 flights of stairs, old building no AC, shared bathroom means you may have to wait to use the bathroom if someone is in them.

Stayed here for a few days this summer and absolutely loved it. Great location, great price, clean, and amazing staff. The hotel itself is so historic and classical. I felt like a Medici!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
