rooms were a bit dated but clean. location is great as it was near everything. lady receptionist that we came across was so nice to let us know which alleys near the hotel to avoid without us asking. truly appreciate :)

Very happy with location, and housekeeping. 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea provided every day. Front desk was accommodating with an early check in. Conveniently located- 15 min walk to the festival grounds and 10 minutes to old town.

Had a room on the 5th floor, very comfortable and nice, lovely bathroom. Staff was v friendly, location is excellent, right beside the Karlplatz train station. Definitely recommend.

Overall our stay was great. We were here for 5 days during Oktoberfest. To my surprise 2 free bottle waters per day were included with our stay. However, they ran out and we only got free water on two nights. Lastly, the ceiling on my side of the bed was slanted and when I got up in the middle of the night I banged my head quite hard. It was extremely painful.

Came to Munich on 16/7/23. Checked into this hotel. This hotel is very basic, no facilities and restaurants. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room is very clean. This hotel is quite close to all the amenities. Sound proofing isn't great as you can hear your neighbours if they decide to be loud. We had people next door who kindly decided to watch the matrix at 1 am. Not the hotel's fault but just so you're aware in case you get inconsiderate neighbours. The AC also can't be adjusted, it's preset to a certain temp so it gets quite warm when it's a hotter day. Unfortunately one thing which frustrates me is the hair dryer which is on timer, stops less than a minute of usage and can only switch on again after 3 minutes. This doesn't make any sense and appears to be installed for decorative purposes. Lucky I have short hair, people who have long and thicker hair pls be reminded to bring along your hair dyer. Otherwise, you will be boiling hot with this situation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
