Man... I'd Reeallly like to give them 4 or 5 stars, but I got bed bugs. The staff member at the desk told me I would be refunded for all 3 nights I stayed. I haven't heard back, and I have emailed them 3 times, as well as customer support through both websites I used. Nothing. I had to throw away my suitcase and backpack and wash all my clothes. I had THOUSANDS of bites. Not metaphorically, literally Thousands. Otherwise, the staff was nice, the rooms Looked cute, the beds were comfy, and the location was excellent. But the bathrooms weren't always super functional, the noise from the street demands good ear plugs, and... Yeah, bed bugs.

Liked · I LIKED THE FACT THAT I LEFT THIS BUILDING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Disliked · DO NOT EVERRRR BOOK THAT HOSTEL. Worst possible location ever especially if you come back in the night. The toilet smelled like poop more than “normal” I checked and what is in the picture was there. I asked the receptionist to remove it cause it was unbearable to sleep in there and guess what! He never did. After constantly complaining the next day a kind lady helped us get rid of the disgusting thing. The water was cold and when we asked for it to be fixed they said that the water is warm and we are lying. The receptionist gave us the keys of the reception to use this toilet from now on and while we unlocked the door to use the toilet we found the receptionist sleeping behind the reception. But sleeping as really sleeping. The worst place I’ve ever been. I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs on our beds because of the comments I saw, I was lucky to not encounter bed bugs as well. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE! I don’t really understand how is still on a platform like booking and it’s not kicked out.

Very hot and loud at night. We slept next to the reception, which is very loud in the morning, so you will wake early. A/C can not be controlled by yourself and is set to minimum level so it is very hot at night. Opening the windows will let many mosquittos in and streets next to Termini are loud. No kitchen. Bathroom dirty. Location central but you think you are in India. Never again. Not worth for the price!

Bathroom was awful, absolute sketchiest place I've ever stayed in my life. Got hit on by the receptionist and would have bolted if it wasn't midnight in a gross part of town. Next to termini which was nice and the beds were fine but would have paid double just to feel a bit safer

Great location, 2 minutes walk from terminal, lots of places to eat. Room were clean, staff was helpful. Only problem was the air conditioning never worked and it constantly dripped on the floor even though we couldn't use it .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
