I've had bad experiences with this hotel. When I checked in, there was trash in the room and the bathroom was nasty. The fridge was dirty and there were leftovers and some opened drinks in there. The were no toiletries in the bathroom. I've had to ask for them. The room was very small and the walls had some cracks. The door of the bathroom and the shower head was broken. The walls were very thin. I could hear everything from the neighbours. It was very loud, when they flushed the toilet. For some reason there was no cold water. It was awful in the hot summerdays with only hot water. When the staff cleaned the room, they exchanged the towels and sheets with dirty ones. There were many stains on them. They forgot often to fill up the toilet paper, I had to ask for toilet paper a few times. And one time they left the door open after cleaning, giving people access to my stuff. Once the hand soap fell down and I threw it in the trash, they put the dirty soap on the sink again. That was just disgusting. For 175 Euros per night, I've expected a clean room.

Cheap & close to the train station. Breakfast as advertised was not available but I got a voucher for a nearby cafe. No lifts so you have to carry your luggage up a steep staircase. Basic but OK for a one night stop over.

I would give it a 0, if I could. It is a historic building and it is near the Firenze train station. Everything else in their ad is totally false (shame on Priceline and Booking) There is no mini bar, no breakfast room, no tour desk, no one at the desk most of the time. Mold in our shower. Worst place we have stayed in our 35vyears of world travels. NOT handicap accessible. Even the habdcap room was 4 STEPS JUST TO GET TO THE LOBBY!

Room was clean and the location of the hotel was good , close to train station. But it was not introduced how to get into the hotel when guests want to check in. So i had to wait 1 hr outside the hotel!! Except policy of how to run the hotel, all was good including breakfast. But I will hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

Surprised us on how nice this place is for the price. Super close to the train station with a cafe and restaurants next door. 15 minute walk to all the sites. Highly recommend this hotel. Manager was super helpful!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
