Even tho the location is amazing (just across the beach) the place needs major renovations. Some rooms are extremely dirty. The tray on the room which was on the table was covered in dust like before WW1. There was mold on the windows and the biggest surprise was to find same mold in the mini bar. All the beverages were covered in mold and in the back of the minibar there was a leftover of an ice-cream.

This hotel needs a good cleaning urgently. Leaking in the toilet, mould in the shower. The host was very rude, like we were asking for a favour. Weird guy in the reception.

Okay. Listen to me. This place is disgusting. It's not kinda gross, it's filthy. As a good rule of thumb, I like to check the phone in the room. It's a good measure of how often the rooms are cleaned properly... this phone hasn't been cleaned since pre covid. My wife and I like to go camping, so we're not afraid of a little dirt. So if the two of us are checking the mattress for bed bugs, you need to know that the cleanliness was next level bad. If you're landing in the Rome Airport and need a quick place to sleep, choose anywhere but here.

Very near to the beach and good restaurants. Clean, comfy and great service from the staff. Recomendable for last night before taking an early flight from Fiumicino Airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
