The location was great! Walkable to the train and to Central Park. It was also a nice room with clean comfortable beds. The bakery attached is good and the vouchers were a nice touch. Housekeeping came every day and did a great job. My only complaint was that there was a slight draft coming in the bathroom window, so the bathroom got a bit cold. Other than that, a great experience and I would definitely stay again

I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else! Hotel Belleclaire is such a gem. The rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable. The people at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. The room rate gives you vouchers for free breakfast at the French bakery downstairs. The shower is clean and the water comes out strong and hot. Just a few blocks away from Lincoln Center and the Hudson. There is no street noise and the sleep is quiet. Every time I come back to NY, this is where I will stay. As a boutique hotel, there is no coffee service or microwave in the room.

Excellent location. Public transportation nearby. Super clean. The staff was really nice The rooms are a bit small but if you are the type of person who only goes to the hotel to have a nice sleep, the room definitely works The “complementary” breakfast is just bakery and juice, I wouldn’t call it it breakfast

Highly recommend this friendly, very clean hotel. The outside is 1800s-looking and so the interior was a fun, updated surprise. Everything you need is here - plenty of comfortable seating in a quiet, sleek area at the end of the lobby. Well placed benches near the front, for waiting for uber, etc. A bar-restaurant on site is atmospheric -we only peeked in, with no time to enjoy it. And a rightfully popular, absolutely delicious, bakery on site. Vouchers to the bakery are included with the room, which was our favorite perk. The area has excellent restaurants and transportation. Good location. Sleeping was surprisingly quiet. I only wish the windows opened for air, which is hard to find in New York! At least the windows were big, letting in beautiful light and also with blackout shades for those who like sleeping in full darkness. We stayed the night for our daughter’s wedding in Central Park. We upgraded to the New Amsterdam suite, a sunshiny, comfortable suite with a pretty view of interesting buildings. Bath & ½, water in the fridge, microwave - great for getting ready for a wedding! And a great option for a long stay. Most importantly, after our good impression, when something went awry, I had no time to address it until we returned home. When I contacted the hotel via email – the issue was professionally and immediately rectified. THAT is the most important of all and is the reason I made sure to take the time to write this review. If you’re wondering if you should stay here, we think you should feel comfortable booking the reservation! Have fun!

We were unfortunately disappointed by our experience here. My boyfriend and I were gifted a stay here for Christmas and we were super excited about the hotel and the neighborhood. When we got there the room was super tiny, and I noticed over the course of our two days there that everything felt a little damp for some reason. I literally aired out all of my clothing at our next stop and immediately felt cleaner. I did do a bedbug check and found nothing, so I'm confident the hotel isn't unclean, but we did find some kind of millipede like but in our bathroom the second morning, so there was moisture coming from somewhere. I really liked the bakery attached, and I think providing vouchers for breakfast is a nice idea, but the line backed up so far down the hallway it made getting coffee such a production. I had to build in 30-40 minutes just to make use of our vouchers, and I felt super bad for the bakery staff going through that every morning. Overall we didn't hate it, but we were speaking with the person that gifted us the stay and they told us they had booked an upgraded suite, but it seems that we were given a standard room. That, or a queen suite is just really really tiny. And honestly I don't mind a tiny room, but the ventilation got to me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
