Love the funkiness of the hotel! Makes you feel like you are having a whole experience, not just a place to crash. Fun but upscale renovated old building in the heart of the downtown entertainment district. Staff was amazing & super friendly! Very clean facilities and I was blown away by the wood key card/no single use plastics. Why can’t all hotels do this? Complimentary happy hour drink at The Living Room next door was the cherry on top. My fave hotel in downtown Vancouver

The service is amazing. They are very friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter. The rooms are beautifully styled and unique. I need to buy the body wash because it smells amazing! We recieved welcome drinks for us and our children on arrival and they even had little buttons for their backpacks for the kiddos to remember our trip. We got the buffet breakfast, where the kids were free. The restaurant is so beautiful and the service was very sweet. We can't wait to come again!

Our stay was as close to perfect as I've had in Vancouver. Amazing service by staff of all levels, and great room that retained just enough of the old hotel feel. Demerits were the sound proofing in the rooms, but was only an issue 2 times on a Friday night, so not unexpected. Another issue was simply the value of the breakfast, which is improved if you are a hotel loyalty member, which we opted not to be. The elevator was quite slow and regularly occupied by hotel staff and equipment, suggesting there was not a secondary freight elevator.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and ensured we were happy with our room by texting us shortly after going up to our room. Room was very clean. Bed beautifully made with quality sheets that had that freshly laundered feel. Bathroom was extremely clean. Lovely big shower. Highly recommend Hotel Belmont. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were well presented and the breakfast enjoyable. Not far from shopping and food/Nesters Market. The use of an on-site laundry (and gym) would have made our time there a bit easier. The parking was suffice but not secure and the reception always had an unpleasant smell.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
