Hotel is located in a nice and plush and most importantly a safe neighbourhood. The exteriors and lobby look prime. A bit on the expensive side, the location is good and the breakfast is adequate. The security and service is top notch. Every staff member that I interacted with was warm and seemed eager to help. The managers were well mannered and smart. The receptionists were polite and good. The room service guys were good too. Even the security guy was cool. But the interiors of each room and toilet needs complete overhaul. The rooms and toilets look old and aged. The furniture and fixture looks outdated. Many walls were damp. If I ever visit this hotel again, it will ONLY be due to the people who run the show. Cheers.

We didn't get room even we reserved before 6 months they gave it to another one even very much expensive than how much they provide services. Everything is very much costly without any reason. The foods were not good as its prices

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
