I regret staying in this hotel very much. There was a weird smell in the floor und in the room. I had the impression, that my room was not renovated in the last 20 years. Besides that I have never seen so bad hygiene in a bathroom then in this hotel.

In overall our stay was good. We like the location, short walk to the U6 metro station. We satisfied with the room and bathroom size. Bed was good, but the mattress a little bit "tired". There is a Rewe shop near the hotel. Disliked: · During our stay there was a +30 degrees in Belin and there was very hot in the room. There is no air conditioning. Fan was available, but it helps only a little bit. We use to open windows at night to get fresh air and to decrease the temperature in room. Our windows was on the highway side, so there was a little bit noisy with open windows. Our opinion is that the price was too high (other few days we was in the 4* hotel in Kurfürstendamm region with breakfast for the same daily price).

Rooms are simple but classy. Most importantly, they are clean. Staff have been friendly, especially the gentleman behind the bar in the evening. Location is slightly out of the way but only about a 5 minute walk from public transport. View from the 1st floor isn't great but this is to be expected from the cheap price. Good value for money, if I come back to Berlin I would definitely consider coming here again!

Great location, amazing staff. The hotel is a bit old and some rooms could be "updated", but all in all its a good place to stay for few days.

Great hotel with FREE spacious parking, big simple but clean rooms with a nice big windows. In the lobby area there is a small corner for readers or kids to play. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
