Happy with our stay at Hotel Bernina. The rooms were very clean, the staff very welcoming and kind, the breakfast plentiful and delicious. The location is also great and they're open 24/7. Do bring your earplugs because you can hear the neighbours pretty well in case they're noisy.

Tidy little room. Super close to train station which for us was really handy. Some decent restaurants nearby although they got better farther away from the station. Great service. Awesome breakfast option. Was a tad expensive but if you fill up at breakfast you can get by on a smaller lunch. The only strange thing was a lack of shower curtsin on tub. It had a handheld shower head but still had to sit in tub to bathe. Would still go back though. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome location just a stones throw away from Milan terminus. It took just a five minutes walk for us to reach the hotel. Checkin was super efficient and we were allocated a room in the ground floor. The room was very good with all amenities and had a private balcony where we could have coffee. Would strongly recommend this hotel. Value for money as well.

Ample, clean and modern room. Perfectly located next to the central station. All in all a great place. The staff was very friendly and special mention to the receptionist working this weekends morning shift. We were welcomed with a smile and he was particularly helpful and nice. We’ll try to return soon. Thanks

Excellent small hotel one block from Milan's Central train station. On a very quiet street. Clean, sparse and comfortable room. Charming lobby. Excellent breakfast. The rugs in the stairwell should be cleaned, bit other than that, an excellent hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
