We spent a week in this hotel, while doing all the touristy stuff around town. The room was clean and comfortable sized for three people. Perfect location: Less than five minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, less than a minute to the nearest bar and five minutes to decent restaurants. Right next door there's a bodega too so you can easily grab a snack and a drink for your room.

5* rating for price/quality ratio if you book in advance. We asked for separate beds and they gave us a familyroom. Convenient location. This was our second visit in this hotel this year. Breakfast was fine. Waitresses work very hard.

Excellently located hotel only 150 m from the metro station. Columbus Square can be reached by walking in 10 minutes, as well as the main street La Rambla. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied and the staff is very friendly.

It's not a good hotel. We do not recommend it to anyone. The best thing is the food which is really nice, but the room was dirty, the AC is really bad and noisy, we got a window that faces the inside of the so very claustrophobic and no air. Do not come here. BTW, we didn't have a spoon for tea or coffee... We tried to ask about it. What answer did we get? "I don't have"

The staff wasn't always friendly, the room had a shower drain problem which they fixed only the next day. They made a mistake with our reservation dates leading to a day with no room cleaning and harsh treatment, they didn't apologize nor offered any compensation for their mistake.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
