The room is small, but sufficient and clean. Mostly quiet after guests in the room above stopped stomping around. The location is fantastic and extremely easy to get to from the airport. The M2 line brings you very close, easy walk, and almost foolproof. Host was at reception when I arrive at 10:45pm and they made check in quick and easy. Good value for sure.

Nice hotel at an excellent location. My room was kinda small, even for one person and without a view (but that was what I paid for) and without a fridge. The temperature of the room and bath water was fine. Very good buffet breakfast. Free coffee machine at the lobby 24/7. Luggage storage for those restricting check in and out times.

Absolutely lovely staff and loved our little talks with Pang(receptionist) during the evening when getting a tea or coffee. Always a smile on her face. Right in the centre of Copenhagen so perfect for getting about and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice indeed and probably ate my weight in pastries :)

Right on Nyhavn! For being at the heart of one of the biggest attractions in Denmark, it was really quiet. Room was super spacious and clean. Love the free coffee and tea located in the lobby! Allowed us to keep our bags in storage as we viewed the city with a late flight! Can’t complain at all. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location with a kind, polite, warm, and laid-back staff! The room was spotless and I found the bed super comfortable. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well. When something was run out of, they refilled it in a moment. Mange tak! :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
