The room we had was not so great. It starts off with the lift being so tiny that it is like a telephone booth. Coming into the room, we have had issues with the bathroom. Just like the lift, one of the showers in the room is very small and narrow , and I have struggled to bend my knees to wash my legs. Everything else was fine. I am happy with the bedrooms provided the air conditioning and other amenities. As feedback. Please upgrade your lift and showers.

Great place for value. Convenient located near the main train station. About 20 min walk from Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trevi etc. Metro to Vatican City is about 10 mins walk. No breakfast but some places nearby offer this. No fuss hotel but it’s more like a room and that’s it. No lobby, bar, general rooms, breakfast room etc. But when I’m Rome you spend all day in the city anyway!

It was a wonderful place, Raffaella has done everything to make us feel comfortable. A week before my planned arrival she texted me and asked if we would like a double or two single bed, my order regards the number of the beds was fulfilled. She gave us good recommendations for food places. After Check out I noticed that I forgot my headphones within two days she sent me to headphones to Germany. The place is simple and very good located and for a fair price. Thanks for everything
