The staff is not kind. They didn't allow me to keep luggage and ruin my day. The room is not very clean. The location is nice as it is near the train station. Since the activities around this area, it is not for a family trip and not for kids. It is ok for a solo male traveler. I will avoid this hotel due to the bad experience with the staff. Otherwise, it provided a good value after the discount.

Entrance located on the 3rd floor. Great for a quick stay during the day or if you missed the last train. It caters mostly to the massage places around the area.... So you may or may not hear work related activities (if you catch my meaning). All the rooms have cable TV, recently released movies, and adult channels (everything included). You can get Uber eats and other things delivered straight to your room if you are able to order :/ It is okay for a short stay (have not stayed more than 1 full day so I don't know). Tub size is decent and you can get 2 people in there if you are not too large.

A business hotel-style hotel in Gotanda that also rents by the hour. Many people also use it in adult entertainment. Prices vary depending on the day, but it costs just under 6,000 yen for two hours, and just over 7,000 yen for one night. For this reason, it can be said that there is a high demand for hourly rentals. It's not that the customer level is low, but I think there are a lot of people catching people near the entrance on the first floor at night, so it feels like the customer level is low.

I arrived about 5 minutes early, so I thought I'd wait, but they handed me the key and told me I could get in. When I checked out on time, I was charged an extension fee of 600 yen. I explained the situation, but the female receptionist didn't deal with it at all, and instead glared back at me, so I paid, but she didn't even say thank you, so I left feeling very bad. I was angry, even though I usually feel good about it.
