A close foreign couple of mine came to Korea with great expectations, but then complained to me with great disappointment and anger. A couple who stayed at Hotel Biz Jongno for 4 nights and 5 days stayed because it was cheap and close to major tourist attractions. However, I complained to the hotel front desk about the numerous mosquitoes, smell, and dirty bathrooms and towels from the first day, but they have no intention of changing anything. After staying awake for two nights, I immediately moved to another hotel.

At first, we were disappointed with what we found versus what was pictured on Expedia. This place is a good place to stay if you just want to hang with your friends after bar crawling nearby. We wanted to find a comfortable place to stay for our wedding vacation. It's an okay place; we just did not find what we were looking for. The receptionist was very kind and understanding with us and allowed us to refund 2 out of the 3 nights we had booked. He also gave us advice on what is good pricing for food and lodging in the area. If anything, stay away from Expedia.

Booked 2 separate rooms for both my family and myself. Both rooms were equally bad in so many areas. Firstly, the rooms booked were all double rooms (for 2 pax) but yet only one shower towel was provided. Secondly, the water pressure of the shower was extremely weak and the temperature of the water was impossible to control where a slight shift would result in too hot or too cold temperatures. Thirdly, there were rules which we were not made aware of prior to booking and during check-in for air-conditioning where if the outside temperature was below 10 degrees, you weren't allowed to switch on the air-conditioning which didn't make sense because the rooms were very warm even with windows open and the heater switch offed. Fourthly, the room's bedsheets, pillowcases, and walls were filthy. There were dead insects on the walls of the room and the pillowcases had stains on them where after my girlfriend slept on them she had very acne all over one side of her face the next day. Furthermore, my girlfriend and I encountered a dangerous experience on our last night, we heard someone attempting to open our door but luckily we safeguarded the door with luggage straps in case of such situations. Attempt to call hotel service was helpless as the owner had gone home. However, if you are a thrill seeker who is interested in potentially haunted rooms, this hotel might be perfect for you as the hotel looks run down and the rooms look as though it's haunted with the typical horror movie toilet lights and horror movie round mirrors. Otherwise I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND booking this hotel to save some money, you are better off getting a better hotel elsewhere.

One of the best value for money places in all of Seoul! This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung as well as some of the best cafes & authentic Korean restaurants in the entire city. Jon was a very generous host who helped us with laundry, showed us around the neighborhood, and overall made sure my girlfriend and I were comfortable during our stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Seoul!

A little bit hard to find, but service is very friendly. The rooms are ok; a little update on walls would help as it was peeling some. They had usb cables in all rooms for various devices to charge, but not all cables worked. Free water, yay! Refrigerator, hot water boiler, extra cool amenities such as hair gel that others do not provide.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
