        Actually, it was one of the best stays I ever had with a very polite welcoming staff and one thing I really loved, which was the way how clean everything was. Price was also very affordable, which even had breakfast included (IMO it was a steal). I definitely would suggest this hotel to anyone, especially tourists, seeing that the staff was also multilingual

        Just left this hotel after checking in for a total of 20 mins. We were told at check in that the AC was out in the building and they were working on it (they said we had free access to the minibar due to the conditions). They assured us that room would be cooler than the lobby and it would cool down at night. We walked in and our room was 90 degrees F. We went back downstairs and checked out where they told us there was nothing they could do about refunding our hotel stay. We just needed a place to sleep before our flight tomorrow after a 2 week long vacation celebrating our late honeymoon. I have never had a worse experience with hotel staff. Also the room was gross. It literally looked a dog had pooped on the carpet and they barely attempted to clean it. The location was terrible, staff rude to me cause I was American, and would highly recommend you book literally anywhere else.

        Great hotel, not close to city center, nor metro (nearest station is about 1km away) but overall a great experience. Service was good, the breakfast alone would make me come back. The room was a bit dark for my likening but very comfortable, the air conditioner worked great for the summer and the bathroom was very complete!

        Actually, it was one of the best stays I ever had with a very polite welcoming staff and one thing I really loved, which was the way how clean everything was. Price was also very affordable, which even had breakfast included (IMO it was a steal). I definitely would suggest this hotel to anyone, especially tourists, seeing that the staff was also multilingual

        Very good hospitality from people at reception. You get all basic amenities for free if asked for... Storing luggage, iron board n iron, etc..

        I stayed at this hotel with 3 other coworkers for a work trip totalling 2 weeks duration. The service staff are very skilled and multi-lingual (knowing 2 or more languages), which made things a lot easier for US nationals. We communicated using English, but I also heard the concierge and other service staff capable of communicating in German, Italian, and Spanish. They tried their best to meet our needs on serveral occasions. The most convenient is their Taxi service and navigation around Milan. I am very appreciative of the service staff at the ground floor bar and dining area. Since we stayed for up to 2 weeks, they eventually grew accustomed to our coffee and beverage preferences. At least for me, they knew I always had breakfast with a cappucino around 7am. They were also kind enough to fill up my coworker's 1.5L water canister with ice and water each morning before we had to go out for work. The only negative parts were in related to the hotel interior and utilities. These will be further explained in the "Rooms" section of the review.
