This could be a great hotel... Or at least it was build for it. Now it's not maintained. Service is none, asked for an extra pillow. Not possible come back tomorrow... Breakfast... O yes possible in another hotel. Toilet Cap was Broken, rain shower didn't work. Not worth the money!

The staff was friendly and location was good for being in downtown, very close to the train station. The water pressure was strong as well. But sheets were not soft and the room was too hot

Our room was clean and modern. Extra large shower area with great water pressure! Bed, linens and pillows were very comfy. Stunning view from window on 6th floor. Lift worked great. Fridge didnt work, but we didn't have a need for it. Breakfast provided for nominal fee (15 Euros). We opted for coffee at a conveniently located local cafe called Caffepuccino. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The room we had booked was a double room with queen bed. It was a twin bed attached together with two single blankets. If you are sharing a room with your partner or children then it will be pretty uncomfortable to sleep together as the mattress keeps moving leaving the gap in between. Other than that it was a good stay also the lady in the reception was really helpful regarding the early check in as we reached the hotel earlier than expected. The hotel is nearby the central station also a lots of restaurants which i liked the most But There were lots of junkies around the area almost every street near the hotel but they were of no harm. If you are not comfortable around such area then this might not be the best place for you.

Got a double room (room 606) initially I thought the area was a bit dodgy with all the crack heads openly smoking crack around the hotel but was willing to look past it because the room was decent for its price and the proximity to the train station. Towards the end of my stay I was woken up by 2 mice in my room, after chasing them they ran into a gap under the wardrobe connected to the wall. After flagging it to reception I was just told there was no other available rooms, I grabbed some napkins and stuffed them into the hole myself. But over the next 3 days there was no attempt from the hotel to properly seal the hole, get a pest removal team or any corrective / compensative action. If you need somewhere to stay for a single night and don't mind having a mouse run across your bed at night maybe chance this place, if anything more than 1 night don't stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
